Job Summary:
The Senior Analyst, Marketing Science partners with stakeholders to answer key business questions by analyzing data, uncovering meaningful insights, presenting findings, recommending improvements, and enabling data-driven decision-making to support organizational goals and enhance connection to resources and care.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support critical reporting workstreams for organization-level and executive-level reporting, particularly related to Marketing's impact on institutional demand.
• Assist with the creation and ongoing management of data tables for use in various data applications.
• Monitor and report on performance for various aspects of the Marketing and Communication ecosystem using data visualization, decks, and other forms of communication.
• Conduct focused analyses to answer business questions by joining and transforming disparate data to establish clear takeaways.
• Work with Analytics, IT, and Marketing stakeholders to help build, optimize, scale, and manage the Business Intelligence ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency or vendor partners to ensure alignment and deliver strong Marketing Analytics insights.
• Champion a hybrid Service and Self-Service analytics model within Marketing and Communication by educating peers and building scalable solutions.
• Manage workspaces, data refresh processes, dataflow creation, and continuously improve data processing efficiency, including automation where possible.
• Improve taxonomy, processes, and technical infrastructure that support data initiatives across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3+ years of experience working in a Marketing Analytics role.
• Experience with SQL and various downstream data applications including business intelligence tools.
• Working knowledge of common marketing data types, including web and mobile analytics, advertising analytics, and phone tracking.
• Ability to understand the context of data and apply it to inform business analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize sophisticated information and convey complex ideas in an accessible manner.
• Intrapreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in both deliverables and processes.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI, Databricks, dbt.
