Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their team! This position is located in Cupertino, California. Core Responsibilities • Implement and configure analytics solutions using JavaScript to capture detailed and actionable data across digital platforms in Adobe framework • Maintain a standardized approach to data tagging and tracking to support robust and consistent analytics reporting • Conduct thorough testing and validation of analytics implementations in both staging and production environments to ensure accurate data collection • Collaborate with IT, data governance, and risk management teams to ensure that analytics practices comply with all regulatory and quality standards • Actively participate in agile team settings to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues related to data tagging or analytics tracking • Define and document technical requirements for the integration of new analytics technologies and data assets Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) • 7+ years of experience in roles focused on web analytics and digital tagging implementations • Must have development experience • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS along with experience with frameworks and libraries such as React and Angular • In-depth understanding of Adobe Analytics, including hands-on experience with implementing tracking solutions • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Adobe Target, and Audience Manager • Experience with Web/Mobile SDKs related to digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics • Strong understanding of WebSDK and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its integration with digital analytics and data management workflows • Experience with Tag Management Systems (e.g., Tealium, Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager) and a clear grasp of digital analytics architectures • Understanding of mobile analytics development (iOS or Android) best practices • Ability to work effectively in a continuous delivery environment and utilize modern programming methodologies • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) • Google Analytics • Tealium Event Stream Key Competencies & Behaviors • Technical Problem Solving & Attention to Detail • Collaboration & Partnership • Ownership & Continuous Improvement Work Environment • Location: Cupertino, CA Compensation & Benefits • Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $60.00 and $70.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
