Senior API Developer

An established financial services organization is seeking a Senior API Developer in Vienna, VA. This hybrid role focuses on designing, developing, integrating, and supporting secure, scalable APIs and cloud-based core banking solutions. About the Opportunity: • Schedule: Monday to Friday • Setting: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite) Responsibilities: • Develop, test, and support core banking APIs and related integrations • Configure and support Oracle Cloud core banking services and platform environments • Administer Azure environments, including users, groups, SSO, and access controls • Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for API deployment and testing • Implement integrations, automation, monitoring, and disaster recovery across cloud and on-premises environments Qualifications: • Experience developing and supporting core banking APIs • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Azure • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud • Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps • Experience with Postman, Newman CLI, and API automation • Experience integrating APIs using MuleSoft and Oracle technologies • Experience with OCI GoldenGate, Azure Data Lake, and enterprise data integration • Experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions using Oracle Cloud tools and Dynatrace • Proficiency with Java, Python, Kafka, and PowerShell • Experience supporting disaster recovery across cloud and on-premises environments • Experience working within Agile development methodologies • Engineering experience required Desired Skills: • Azure and/or Oracle Cloud certifications • Experience with Oracle Core Banking or Temenos Core Banking platforms • Financial services or banking industry experience
