Job Description
We’re looking for an Applied AI Senior Engineer to lead how data, analytics, and AI are built and used across our organization. This role owns the end‑to‑end approach to data and analytics, working cross‑functionally with leaders across operations, finance, product, and executive teams to identify high‑value opportunities and build impactful analytics and AI use cases. You will design and deliver AI‑native analytics solutions—using modern practices such as prompt engineering and AI‑assisted development (“vibe coding”)—that turn complex healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data into clear, actionable insights. This role combines broad technical ownership with close partnership with business stakeholders to ensure data and AI directly support decision‑making and operational performance.
This is a 12-month contract with the possibility to extend. Insurance and a 401K program are offered throughout the contract period. The hourly rate is $65-80/hr.
