Job Type: Contract Job Category: IT Role: Senior Azure + GenAI Architect Location: Los Angles, CA or NYC, NY Duration: 6 months (Possibly Extension) Skills – Azure, GenAI, OpenAI & Python Strong hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Python, and cloud-native engineering on Azure Senior-level, hands-on engineering experience required; entry-level or mid-level candidates are not suitable Proven ability to develop secure APIs, backend services, and integrate AI models with enterprise data Deep engineering experience with Python and .NET Core; Node.js experience is a plus Strong DevOps proficiency, including Azure DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and release automation Develop and implement AI-driven features using Azure OpenAI (GPT models), Python, and supporting frameworks Build conversational agents, agent-based workflows, retrieval systems, and grounding pipelines Design and develop backend microservices using Python and/or .NET Core Integrate AI services with enterprise systems through secure, scalable APIs Build and maintain CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps to ensure production readiness Implement monitoring, telemetry, evaluation frameworks, and observability for GenAI systems Contribute hands-on to coding, testing, deployment, optimization, and operational support Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions Collaborate with engineering, cloud, data, and product teams to drive end-to-end implementation Demonstrated experience delivering AI and cloud solutions at scale in prior roles Required Skills PERFORMANCE ARCHITECT
