Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to deliver actionable insights that enhance business performance across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will work with data from an end-to-end perspective, designing and implementing scalable analytics solutions while ensuring data accuracy, governance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, implement, and maintain robust analytics solutions across business units
β’ Establish and maintain standards, governance, and methodologies for data modeling and visualization
β’ Identify opportunities to drive business growth through data insights
β’ Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency
β’ Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders
β’ Embed Looker dashboards or integrate BI outputs into other applications
β’ Research and apply advanced analytics techniques, particularly in healthcare
β’ Maintain and enhance internal BI tools
β’ Deliver detailed analytical reports in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
β’ 4+ years of hands-on experience in BI and reporting
β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree (MSc+) in a quantitative discipline
β’ Advanced SQL skills, specifically with AWS Redshift
β’ Expertise in Looker development (advanced LookML, performance tuning)
β’ Strong Python development experience
β’ Knowledge of AWS services (Glue, S3, Lambda, SageMaker)
β’ Strong understanding of advanced data modeling concepts
β’ Experience working in an Agile environment
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve data discrepancies
β’ Deep understanding of data governance, scalability, and database best practices
β’ Healthcare domain experience highly preferred
