Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to deliver actionable insights that enhance business performance across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will work with data from an end-to-end perspective, designing and implementing scalable analytics solutions while ensuring data accuracy, governance, and performance. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain robust analytics solutions across business units • Establish and maintain standards, governance, and methodologies for data modeling and visualization • Identify opportunities to drive business growth through data insights • Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders • Embed Looker dashboards or integrate BI outputs into other applications • Research and apply advanced analytics techniques, particularly in healthcare • Maintain and enhance internal BI tools • Deliver detailed analytical reports in a fast-paced environment Required Qualifications • 4+ years of hands-on experience in BI and reporting • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MSc+) in a quantitative discipline • Advanced SQL skills, specifically with AWS Redshift • Expertise in Looker development (advanced LookML, performance tuning) • Strong Python development experience • Knowledge of AWS services (Glue, S3, Lambda, SageMaker) • Strong understanding of advanced data modeling concepts • Experience working in an Agile environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve data discrepancies • Deep understanding of data governance, scalability, and database best practices • Healthcare domain experience highly preferred
