The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable dashboards, optimizing performance, and working with modern cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake. Required Experience • 7–10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau • Advanced skills with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Cloud • Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred • Strong understanding of BI data modeling and analytics-ready data design Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visual analytics solutions • Build interactive and intuitive visualizations for business stakeholders • Apply data visualization best practices to ensure clarity, usability, and consistency • Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and user adoption • Create and manage Tableau data sources and extracts • Partner with data engineering to design analytics-ready datasets • Implement calculations, table calculations, LOD expressions, parameters, and filters • Ensure accurate aggregation, metric definitions, and alignment of data grain • Integrate data from Snowflake for reporting and analytics • Optimize Tableau workbooks, queries, and extracts for faster load times • Publish and maintain dashboards on Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud, including permissions and row-level security • Collaborate with business users, product owners, analysts, and global teams to deliver analytical solutions Required Skills • Tableau Desktop and Tableau Cloud • Data Visualization Best Practices • Tableau Calculations (LOD, Table Calculations) • Snowflake • Dashboard Performance Optimization • BI Data Modeling • Analytics Reporting
