Senior BI Lead / AWS Business Intelligence Lead

Description:We are looking for a Senior BI Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end BI solutions on AWS. You will lead a team of BI developers and analysts, architect data pipelines, and create interactive dashboards that deliver actionable business insights. Responsibilities: Lead design, development, and deployment of BI solutions on AWS. Architect and optimize data pipelines, data lakes, and warehouses using AWS Redshift, Glue, Athena, S3, Lambda, and QuickSight. Define BI strategy, KPIs, and reporting frameworks in collaboration with business and technology teams. Build and maintain robust ETL/ELT processes ensuring data quality and availability. Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for business insights. Mentor and manage a team of BI developers and analysts. Ensure security, compliance, and governance of all BI and data assets. Stay up-to-date with AWS and BI technologies to enhance analytics capabilities. Qualifications: Proven experience leading BI initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on expertise with AWS BI tools (Redshift, Glue, Athena, S3, Lambda, QuickSight). Strong experience in ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and warehouse design.
