Role: Sr. Big Data Analyst
Experience: 12+ years
Mode: 100% Remote
Visa: Independent Visa Candidates only.
Must-have:
Healthcare / Pharma domain experience.
Min. 4+ years Technical BA / IT System Analyst
Big Data projects (Hadoop, Hortonworks, Cassandra, BigInsights, or equivalent)
Data analytics workflows, data flow/process flow, system integration impacts.
Gathering and documenting requirements in data-heavy / analytics-driven environments
Exposure to QA processes – test plan reviews, UAT support, validation
Ability to work with QA and engineering teams to validate solutions.
Cross-functional collaboration (engineering, QA, product owners, regulatory teams)
Regulatory / compliance documentation exposure (bonus but valuable)
Evidence of stakeholder management and translating business needs into technical requirements
Strong ability to translate technical solutions into business language.
