Role description
Seeking a self-driven Senior Business Data Analyst to curate and analyze PMO (Project Management Office) data dispersed across multiple tools and formats (Asana, Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, etc.). This role requires structuring unorganized data, developing dashboards, calculating ROI, and delivering insights that drive strategic decision-making and program performance. (No C2C) Key Responsibilities β€’ Data Consolidation & Analysis β€’ Collect, clean, and structure data from multiple PMO tools and repositories. β€’ Identify data gaps, develop plans to resolve them, and establish master data management (MDM) best practices. β€’ Analyze unstructured project data to determine qualified estimates and insights from incomplete information. β€’ Dashboard Development β€’ Design and maintain a monthly executive dashboard highlighting key metrics such as: β€’ Project pipeline and delivery status β€’ ROI and value realization (time, cost savings, impact) β€’ Metrics-Based Storytelling β€’ Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and visual stories. β€’ Build repeatable, automated reporting processes and templates for consistent dashboarding. β€’ Support leadership with ad hoc reporting and data-driven recommendations. β€’ Documentation & Communication β€’ Create compelling visual presentations and reports that communicate impact and outcomes. β€’ Promote awareness of data-driven insights across teams through clear, engaging storytelling. Required Skills & Experience β€’ Proven experience managing PMO or enterprise program data across multiple platforms. β€’ Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and data lake environments. β€’ Advanced dashboard design and visualization skills (preferably Qlik Sense). β€’ Ability to clean, integrate, and standardize large, unstructured data sets. β€’ Experience creating complex yet easily understood ROI calculations. β€’ Demonstrated success in metrics-based storytelling and executive reporting. β€’ Passion for data accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. β€’ Independent, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple data sources with minimal oversight. Tools & Technologies β€’ Data Sources: Asana, Jira, Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet, Aha!, Confluence, GitHub β€’ BI & Visualization: Qlik Sense, UiPath Insights, other BI tools β€’ Documentation: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite β€œSkills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate.
