About the role
As a Visualisation Engineer- MRO AI Solution, you will design and build enterprise-grade visualisations that deliver actionable insights at speed for client initially, whilst ensuring frameworks can scale across all OpCos. This role demands consultancy-level frontend engineering expertise and the ability to balance velocity with strong engineering standards and discipline.

Shifts: Monday β Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Experience and Skills Required:
β’ 10+ years in enterprise frontend engineering in AI/data environments.
β’ Expertise in Tableau and/or PowerBI for rapid prototyping and stakeholder engagement
β’ Deep hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Typescript, etc)
β’ Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred); familiarity with scalable deployment and integration
β’ Strong knowledge of API integration.
β’ Proven experience in developing, testing, and deploying robust frontend solutions into production environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability beyond proof-of-concept or prototype stages.
β’ Familiarity with airline or logistics data domains is a plus.
β’ Significant experience in similar roles, with a proven ability to integrate quickly into new teams and deliver immediate value.
β’ Initial co-location with BA teams in London is essential to ensure close collaboration. Candidates must also be prepared to travel internationally during later stages to facilitate group-wide deployment.

β’ Track record of delivering high-value products in large, complex organizations, ideally FTSE-100 Group enterprises or similar
β’ Strong stakeholder engagement and solution-oriented mindset.
β’ Experience in advisory or consulting roles for engineering projects.
β’ Track record of creating high-impact outcomes and driving stakeholder satisfaction from day one.
β’ Ability to implement standards and frameworks for scalable visualisations across multiple operating companies
Responsibilities
β’ Rapid prototyping: Deliver initial dashboards and visualisations in Tableau to meet urgent business needs
β’ Robust engineering: Architect and build production-grade, reusable dashboard solutions using modern frontend technologies, integrating with enterprise APIs and data sources
β’ Scalability & performance: Ensure solutions are modular, performant, and scalable across OpCos, with CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-native deployment
β’ Operational integration: Embed visualisations into BA workflows, enabling real-time decision-making and measurable impact
β’ Collaboration: Work closely with Data Engineers, Backend Engineers, and Analysts to ensure cohesive solutions deliver cohesive, high-quality solutions
β’ Multi-OpCo deployment: Design for interoperability and reusability across BA, Aer Lingus, Iberia, Vueling, etc
β’ Stakeholder engagement: Translate business requirements into impactful visual experiences; drive adoption and continuous improvement.
