Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Position: Power BI Developer Location: Chicago, IL - Hybrid Duration: 6 month contract + extensions to full time hire Rate: $55-$62/hr + health, vision, dental, PTO We are looking for a self-starter who will work alongside other BI colleagues, data engineers, data stewards, and business stakeholders, to deliver best-in-class BI solutions. The Sr. Analyst will have high visibility and be hands-on at each step of the BI product development lifecycle: identifying the opportunities/root causes of business problems, gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating those needs into technical requirements, and designing and delivering high-impact, high-value, analytical tools, and data visualizations in Power BI. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will be a core member of one of our nimble, cross-functional teams – disrupting from inside of a global powerhouse. You will help build our next generation of advanced analytics products. • Develop the semantic data models, dashboards, reports and AI Agents which will serve as a guiding light for business decisions/actions • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders and bring your design/data analytics expertise to business challenges and engineer end-to-end solutions that drive business outcomes • Develop and maintain technical documentation and ensure that all solutions are properly tested, validated, and deployed • Continue to develop your skills by staying up to date on the latest innovations and evolutions in the Business Intelligence, Generative AI/BI community • Use your eye for detail, data visualization and design skills to provide best in class user-experience • Effectively communicate with team members and management (up to Sr. Levels) • Lead BI Chapter initiatives to contribute to the overall success and efficiency of the Global BI Developer community
