Role description
Positionโ€™s Contributions to Work Group: - GCIO DT&D team is looking for a Business Process Specialist having good skills in S&OP processes and data skills. You will act a key liaison between Client IT and our customers and other IT Teams. You will evaluate Client Machines S&OP processes, and you will need some technical skills in data management (SQL Queries, Reporting, Snowflake databasesโ€ฆ). You will also provide day-to-day support to business partners, business managers and other IT teams in relation to product implementation, questions, and problems/incidents. Typical task breakdown: - We also manage many modernization projects migrating current applications to modern solutions. Future candidate will also help team members to future modernization projects efforts. - She/he will also be to coordinate changes to our current applications, test, and implement the database applying basic database knowledge. Interaction with team: - Business Analyst will work closely with experiences team members to support current applications and to help in our modernization efforts. Work environment: LC Building in Peoria, IL Education & Experience Required: - Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training required with 10 yearsโ€™ experience. - Bachelorโ€™s degree with 8+ yearsโ€™ experience Top 3 Skills 1. S&OP processes skills 1. SQL 1. Team work Additional Technical Skills (Required) - Good skills in S&OP processes - Good technical skills on SQL and Databases - Strong communication skills (Desired) - Experience in mainframe migration projects or modernization initiatives is preferred. - Prior experience with ServiceNow Soft Skills - Must have good communication, interpersonal skills. - End user knowledge in IBM mainframe and/or any ERP. - Strong initiative and the ability to learn quickly is desired. - Should have good team skills and positivity for working in a cooperative and diverse team environment.
