Role description
We're looking for a Marketing Data Analytics Manager to lead and support a high-visibility Unified Measurement initiative focused on transforming how marketing performance is measured, reported, and communicated across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between data and strategyβan analytics professional who can build reporting solutions, uncover actionable insights, and confidently tell the story behind the data to senior leadership. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Media, Creative, Digital, Agency, and global stakeholders to create a more connected view of the customer journey and marketing effectiveness.
This role is onsite 5 days per week in Fountain Valley. Please only local candidates apply. Not available for C2C.
What You'll Do
β’ Lead initiatives supporting the transition from siloed marketing reporting to a unified measurement framework.
β’ Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions that provide actionable visibility into marketing performance.
β’ Analyze data from multiple marketing channels including digital, social, website analytics, media campaigns, retailer websites, and proprietary platforms.
β’ Transform complex data into clear business recommendations and executive-level presentations.
β’ Partner with internal teams, agencies, and global stakeholders to ensure reporting consistency and alignment.
β’ Conduct data validation, QA, and governance activities to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.
β’ Support strategic decision-making through analytics, storytelling, and performance insights.
β’ Create and present PowerPoint materials for leadership teams, including executive and international stakeholders.
β’ Leverage AI tools, automation, and modern analytics technologies to streamline reporting and drive efficiency.
β’ Manage projects independently and drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
β’ 4+ years of experience working with marketing performance data and analytics.
β’ Advanced Excel skills with experience manipulating large datasets.
β’ Strong experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
β’ Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
β’ Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and modern reporting environments.
β’ Experience with Alteryx for data preparation and cleansing is highly preferred.
β’ Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
β’ Experience translating data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
β’ Automotive industry experience preferred.
β’ Agency or vendor-side experience is a plus.
