We’re looking for a Data Analyst to play a key role in improving the quality, accessibility, and strategic value of our data. This position will be instrumental in identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities, while supporting business decision-making and contributing to an AI-first strategy.
The Role
As a Data Analyst, you will deepen our understanding of our network and performance by enhancing reporting processes and delivering actionable insights. You’ll work across multiple systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain reporting processes across platforms such as Airtable, Talentwall, HubSpot, and internal systems
• Ensure high data quality through effective collection, validation, integration, and cleansing
• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver relevant, impactful insights
Technical Skills & Experience
• Strong proficiency in data tools such as Airtable, HubSpot, and Talentwall
• Experience with reporting/visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is advantageous
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Experience with data integration, validation, and cleansing
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and working with imperfect datasets
• 3+ years experience as a data analyst
