Job Description:
This role is ideal for someone who loves turning data into meaningful insights that influence strategy and day-to-day execution. Youβll partner closely with senior leaders, build trusted analytics, and help shape decision-making across the organization.
What youβll do
β’ Provide quantitative, data-driven insights to senior leaders, including executive stakeholders
β’ Apply analytical expertise and thought leadership to support better, faster decision-making
β’ Define and track success metrics through goal setting, forecasting, and trend analysis
β’ Identify opportunities to optimize operations through testing, analysis, and actionable recommendations
β’ Build and maintain Looker dashboards used by leadership and operational teams
β’ Develop and manage SQL-based data models in dbt, partnering with data engineers as needed
What weβre looking for
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a technical or analytical field (or equivalent experience)
β’ 6+ years of experience in an analytical, client-facing role
β’ 5+ years of advanced SQL experience, including window functions
β’ 5+ years working with analytics and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, plus strong Google Sheets skills
β’ 2+ years delivering insights to executive or senior leadership audiences
β’ 1+ year of hands-on experience building data models with dbt
β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex findings clearly
β’ Proven ability to lead projects independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
β’ Advanced degree in an analytical discipline
β’ Experience with People Analytics (e.g., retention or attrition)
β’ Experience working with Greenhouse or Workday data
β’ Strong LookML experience
