Senior Data Analyst

Job Title: Senior Data Analyst Job Location: McKinney, TX Job Type: Long Term Contract Hybrid & F2F Interview Position Summary: Senior Data Analyst with 7+ years of Data Analysis required. We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Analyst to join our team. Own end-to-end data analysis using strong SQL across Oracle/SQL Server with AWS experience (Redshift, S3). Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions; collaborate closely with tech and business stakeholders. Leverage Jira workflows, understand data pipelines, and contribute to dashboard mockups and reporting. Must will have strong SQL and data analysis capabilities across multiple database platforms, excellent business analysis experience, and the ability to create front-end wireframes and mockups to support product and reporting initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Query, analyze, and interpret data across Amazon Redshift, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server environments. • Develop and maintain SQL queries and views to support reporting and analytics needs. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements clearly(light BA function). • Translate business requirements into data models, reports, and visual mockups. • Create low-to-mid fidelity front-end wireframes and UI mockups to communicate data product concepts. • Identify data quality issues and work with data engineering teams to resolve them. Required Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role. • Strong proficiency in SQL across multiple platforms (Redshift, PostgreSQL, SQL Server). • Ability to create wireframes or UI mockups (Figma, Balsamiq, or similar tools). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to document business and functional requirements. • Experience working in and Agile environment with Jira. • Experience with VS Code as a development environment. • Familiarity with Amazon Q or similar AI-assisted development tools. • Experience with Kiro or comparable workflow/project tooling.
