Senior Data Analyst

Role: Senior Data Analyst (Data & Insights) Location: London, UK Type: FTC (Contract) Key Responsibilities • Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, business opportunities, and actionable recommendations. • Perform advanced data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL. • Work with large-scale datasets across cloud data platforms including GCP, Azure, AWS, BigQuery, and Databricks. • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker. • Develop performance reporting frameworks and KPI dashboards for business stakeholders. • Measure and analyse customer journeys, digital product performance, platform health, operational KPIs, and service metrics. • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver analytical solutions. • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, evidence-based recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Present insights through effective data storytelling to support strategic and operational decision-making. • Ensure data accuracy, governance, consistency, and reporting quality across multiple data sources. • Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and overall business performance through analytics. Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related discipline. • 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
