• No 3rd party candidates Senior Data Analyst – Voice AI & Product Analytics Location: Remote (U.S.) Duration: 6-Month Contract with Potential for Conversion About the Opportunity Our client is building an innovative AI-powered voice platform and is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help drive data-informed decision-making as the product continues to scale. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large, complex datasets, uncovering meaningful insights, and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to improve performance and user experience. What You'll Do • Analyze large-scale datasets, including conversational, behavioral, and product performance data. • Develop KPIs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks to evaluate product outcomes. • Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business and product decisions. • Conduct statistical analyses to assess performance, validate hypotheses, and uncover opportunities for improvement. • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to support product launches and growth initiatives. • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Investigate data quality issues, identify gaps, and help establish reliable measurement practices. • Work in ambiguous environments where not all data is clean, complete, or readily available. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Product Analytics, or a related field. • Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets. • Python experience for data analysis, statistical analysis, and data exploration. • Strong knowledge of statistics and analytical methodologies. • Experience developing KPIs, metrics, and performance measurement frameworks. • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations. • Experience partnering with stakeholders to influence product or business decisions. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with AI, machine learning, NLP, LLM, chatbot, or conversational datasets. • Experience analyzing large-scale customer interaction or behavioral data. • Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar data visualization tools. • Product analytics experience supporting feature launches, user engagement analysis, or growth initiatives. • Experience working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.
