Top 3 must-have HARD skills:
• Advanced experience in SQL or other programming languages.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau and knowledge of data visualization best practices.
• Project management experience with multiple stakeholders prioritizing and delegating projects/tasks. Proven experience navigating ambiguous requirements, advising with gravitas and amicability with stakeholders, and initiating projects where opportunities arise.
Good to have skills:
• Experience using R or Python or a similar scripting language for statistical modeling
• Experience with ETL frameworks, leveraging third party APIs and creating data pipelines to consolidate information across several sources.
• Experience working with business data to improve understanding of an organization or its operations.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards and reporting.
• Experience gathering and interpreting data.
• Experience influencing stakeholders using data.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis (e.g., descriptive statistics and knowledge of statistical significance).
• Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced, demanding environment, under pressure.
• Experience of automating workflows using AI tools
Pay range is $82 - $87 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more.
