Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong Power BI reporting experience to support Finance and Customer Care teams through high-quality, business-driven reporting and analytics. This role owns the reporting lifecycle end-to-end—partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, identifying and validating data sources, defining metrics and “source of truth,” and delivering interactive Power BI dashboards that enable insight and decision-making. This is not a traditional report developer or data engineering role. The ideal candidate brings a data analytics background, is comfortable working directly with business teams, and understands how data originates, how it should be aggregated, and how it should be visualized for different audiences. Key Responsibilities: Business Partnership & Requirements Gathering • Partner with Finance and Customer Care stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate business questions into clear reporting requirements. • Gather, document, and manage requirements for customized reports and dashboards across multiple teams. Data Analysis & Source-of-Truth Definition • Identify where data originates across multiple systems and determine the appropriate source of truth. • Analyze and validate data from multiple sources, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring accuracy. Power BI Dashboard Development • Design, build, and publish interactive Power BI dashboards that support self-service exploration and downloadable outputs. • Ensure visualizations clearly communicate insights and align with business needs. SDLC & Delivery • Execute reporting initiatives within a structured SDLC, from intake and analysis through design, build, testing, deployment, and iteration. • Maintain documentation for requirements, report specifications, and validation processes. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting roles. • Strong hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards, including interactive visuals, filters, and exports. • Proven experience gathering and translating business requirements into reporting solutions. • Experience working with data from multiple source systems and understanding data lineage. • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, aggregation logic, and KPI definition. • Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams. • Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and structured delivery processes.
