This role is responsible for investigating and resolving data issues, ensuring adherence to data standards, and supporting data governance through proactive analysis and problem-solving. • Support root cause analysis of data issues and develop problem-solving solutions.
• Manage data issues, resolving individually or collaborating with others as needed.
• Perform data modeling, data standardization, and proactive data profiling to ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct data mapping and ensure adherence to data retention rules.
• Coordinate activities of offshore resources and mentor junior team members.
• Work hands-on with data interrogation and analysis tools to identify and resolve issues.
Profile
• Strong experience in data analysis, data interrogation, and issue management.
• Skilled in data modeling, data profiling, and documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Financial services experience preferred but not essential.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on capacity.

• A competitive daily rate circa £600 per day (umbrella rate, Inside IR35)
