Role description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years of experience in operations research, statistical analysis, business analysis, or related fields.
• Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
REQUIRED TOOLS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Advanced skill in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Ability to convey complex information and ideas (oral and written) clearly and concisely to individuals and groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced and high-stress environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet objectives and deadlines.
• Ability to maintain effective and professional internal and external relationships.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English clearly and concisely, using proper grammar, construction, and spelling.
