If you enjoy transforming complex data into actionable insights and working with enterprise-scale platforms, this is a great opportunity to join a high-impact project! 🔹 Key Must-Haves ✔ 5+ years Data Analysis ✔ SQL, ETL, RDBMS, Informatica Cloud & IDQ ✔ MongoDB / NoSQL ✔ Mortgage domain experience – Multifamily highly preferred! ✔ Former Freddie Mac / Fannie Mae experience is a big plus 🔹 What You’ll Do 🔹 Analyze and interpret complex datasets across multifamily & mortgage portfolios 🔹 Build and optimize SQL scripts, data models, and ETL pipelines 🔹 Use Informatica Cloud + IDQ to ensure data quality and governance 🔹 Develop reports, dashboards & actionable insights for business stakeholders 🔹 Support strategic initiatives and mentor junior data analysts 🔹 Required Skills • Advanced SQL & RDBMS expertise (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) • MongoDB & NoSQL hands-on experience • ETL, Data Warehousing, Data Quality Monitoring • Tableau / Power BI visualizations • Strong communication & stakeholder interaction skills 🗓 Interview Process 1️⃣ Virtual screening 2️⃣ Onsite interview (McLean, VA) 📍 Interview Slots: • 11/03 – 1:00 PM & 1:30 PM • 11/04 – 11:30 AM & 2:00 PM
