Senior Data Analyst

Job Description: • We’re looking for a data-driven, analytical professional to join our team and help turn business questions into actionable insights. In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, build intuitive self-service dashboards, and deliver ad hoc analyses that support key business decisions. You’ll work with large datasets, write complex SQL queries, and create Tableau dashboards from the ground up. Main Responsibilities: • Partner with stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver best-in-class self-service dashboards • Build, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards from scratch • Research, hypothesize, test, and validate relationships across multiple data sources to answer business questions • Write complex SQL queries across multiple tables to generate reporting-ready outputs • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement • Ensure data quality and accuracy through validation and testing • Perform ad hoc analyses to support business requests and uncover operational insights • Document reporting requirements, analytical findings, and business processes • Manage assigned deliverables and meet business-driven deadlines Job Must Haves: • Strong technically in SQL / Tableau / Analysis using tools such as Excel • Passionate about independently identifying data to perform analysis and uncovering insights • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude. • Experience working extensively in a fast-paced environment Job Nice to Haves: • Python
