No 3rd Party Recruiters please About the Role We are seeking a results-driven SR Data Analyst to support analytics initiatives focused on growth performance, reporting, and funnel optimization. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that influence strategic business decisions. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain recurring performance reports, dashboards, and pacing metrics • Analyze user behavior, activation trends, conversion performance, and channel effectiveness • Support end-to-end funnel measurement and ongoing KPI tracking • Perform deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities, gaps, and performance drivers • Work closely with analytics and business stakeholders to provide actionable recommendations Required Skills • Strong experience working with data from multiple systems and sources • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail • Experience building reporting frameworks and translating data into business insights • Proficiency with databases, reporting tools, and data analysis methodologies Preferred Skills • Background in growth, lifecycle, or product analytics within digital environments • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments • Availability aligned with East Coast working hours preferred Pay range and compensation package Pay Rate: $80 to $90 per hour w2 Length: 6 months (6/2/26 - 11/28/26) Hours: Prefer East Coast working hours; all U.S. time zones acceptable
