Data Analyst
Fort Mill, SC - Hybrid role (3 Days/Week)
12+ Months Contract
Objective:
Translate metadata and lineage outputs into actionable insights, validate data completeness, and support modernization analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze lineage results to detect data-flow gaps, unused tables, or anomalies.
• Validate source-to-target mappings and verify job coverage.
• Develop reports & dashboards to visualize lineage and modernization metrics.
• Support the AI Strategist with data discovery and impact analysis.
Required Skills:
• SQL (advanced joins, aggregations, data-quality checks)
• Power BI / Tableau for visualization
• Excel / Python (pandas) for ad hoc analysis
• Understanding of ETL flows, data models, and metadata repositories
Nice to Have:
• Exposure to metadata tools (Collibra, Alation)
• Experience with batch or ETL environments
Experience: 10 years in data analytics / data operations with strong attention to detail.
