Senior Data Analyst - On-Site

Primary Location: San Jose, California V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Senior Data Analyst - On-Site for our premier client San Jose, California. Education And Experience » • 8–12 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities » • Strong expertise in SQL for complex data querying and performance optimization. • Hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboard design, data modeling, calculated fields, performance tuning). • Working knowledge of Databricks and large-scale data processing environments. • Strong data mining and statistical analysis skills. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and leadership to understand business requirements. • Translate business needs into analytical solutions and present findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.Support decision-making through data-driven recommendations. What You’ll Do Job Responsibilities: • Perform advanced data mining and exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau. • Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets. • Utilize Databricks for data processing, transformation, and analytics workflows. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience in the semiconductor industry preferred. Preferred Attributes • Ability to work independently in an on-site collaborative environment. • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. • Experience working with large, complex datasets in enterprise environments.
