Role Name: Senior Data Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite) Need 12+ Yeares experianced candidates Job Description: • Demonstrated strong domain expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, with hands-on experience in interpreting ACORD policy formats, Broker Submission documents, and Statements of Values (SOVs) • .Led data sourcing, mapping, analysis, and remediation efforts as part of legacy system migration to Guidewire PolicyCenter, ensuring high data quality and alignment with business rules • .Applied deep understanding of insurance data models and policy structures to support accurate data transformation and reconciliation across systems • .Conducted awareness and training sessions on Generative AI tools and methodologies, enabling business and technical teams to explore AI-driven efficiencies in document processing and workflow automation • .Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of insurance data standards and formats, enhancing operational accuracy and compliance • .Maintained comprehensive documentation of data mappings, transformation logic, and business rules, aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements .
