• • • Candidates MUST BE local to any of the locations below. • Philadelphia, PA (Preferred) • Baltimore, MD • Washington, DC • Newark, DE • Chicago, IL Role: Senior Business Data Analyst W2 Contract: 12 Months (Potential Extension) Location: Hybrid - 3 Days onsite work in any of the following locations: • Philadelphia, PA (Preferred) • Baltimore, MD • Washington, DC • Newark, DE • Chicago, IL Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist their BSC Financial System Transformation team within the IT department. The successful candidate will support various IT projects by documenting processes, establishing governance, and automating manual activities. This role focuses on streamlining operations by leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools and CoPilot Agents to drive efficiency across a collaborative team of 5 to 15 professionals Responsibilities • Develop and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to eliminate manual activities and streamline processes. • Create, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for IT and financial transformation projects. • Design and deploy CoPilot Agents to assist internal teams and enhance operational efficiency. • Perform comprehensive business analysis, including documenting current-state workflows, gathering requirements, and defining future-state processes. • Support IT governance initiatives and ensure project documentation meets organizational standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved Required Skills & Experience • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in any field of study. • 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven history of at least 5 years specifically in a Senior Business Analyst role. • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI. • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Power Automate. • At least 1 year of experience in CoPilot Agent generation. • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel. • Strong analytical thinking, excellent verbal and written communication skills for documentation and governance, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative panel and team environment. • Candidate should be skilled in developing Power Automate, Power BI, and CoPilot Agents to assist our team in automating manual activities Preferred Skills & Experience • 1 to 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow. • Prior project management experience (PMP certification is not required)
