Senior Data Analyst (Sales Operations)

Job Title: Data Analyst V (Sales Operations) Location: Remote Duration: 6 Months The main function of a Data Analyst is to work with sales strategy/Sales operations teams for business performance reporting. This role is critical to maintaining the rhythm of business reporting, quota allocation, and performance tracking. You will collaborate closely with senior sales leaders, finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely business performance insights. Top 3 must-have HARD skills: • Process orientated - not just a data expert but also understand process and follow detailed and nuanced processes • Detail oriented- must have zero errors in quota • Anaplan • CRM tools/systems Good to have skills: • Sales operations team would be best • SQL - coding, internal dashboards • Google suite Key Responsibilities Own and execute recurring business performance reporting cycles Allocate sales quotas and ensure accuracy in quarterly book planning Partner with finance and sales teams to support strategic initiatives Deliver ad hoc analysis on sales trends and performance metrics Maintain zero-error standards in quota cycles and reporting Participate in meetings (~20%) and focus on execution (~80%)
