About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join Enfield Council’s Housing & Regeneration department. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and analysing housing data to support service improvements across the Asset, Capital Programme, and Compliance teams.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing
Work closely with Housing teams to manage and maintain key data sets.
Deliver accurate and timely reports using advanced Excel and SQL.
Provide insights to support planning, performance monitoring, and decision-making.
Support statutory returns and ensure compliance with housing regulations.
Identify data quality issues and work with teams to resolve them.
Present data findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and impactful way.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within the public sector or housing.
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards).
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and reporting.
Ability to analyse complex data and present clear, actionable insights.
Experience with compliance and statutory reporting is highly desirable.
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to data management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
