Senior Data Analyst

Job Title: Data Analyst - Pharmacy Domain Location: Remote Visa: H4 EAD, GC & USC Only Experience: 8+ Years Contract: W2 Only (No Chance of C2C / 1099) Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with strong pharmacy domain knowledge to analyze, interpret, and transform healthcare and pharmaceutical data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with pharmacy operations, clinical teams, regulatory stakeholders, and business leaders to improve medication safety, efficiency, and decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 3–6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in pharmacy or healthcare) • Experience working with healthcare or pharmaceutical datasets is mandatory. • Strong proficiency in SQL. • Experience with Python or R for data analysis • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas) • Understanding of data modeling and ETL concepts • Pharmacy Domain Knowledge: -Solid understanding of: Drug lifecycle and classifications, Prescriptions and medication workflows, Pharmacy operations and inventory management, Drug safety and pharmacovigilance concepts. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • Ability to interpret complex healthcare data accurately • Attention to detail and high data accuracy standards.
