Senior Data Analytics Engineer

Senior Data & Analytics Engineer responsible for leading the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions that support business strategy and decision-making. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, technology leaders, and cross-functional teams to define data requirements, establish scalable data architectures, and drive analytics initiatives from concept through implementation. • Data architecture, data modeling, and enterprise data design experience • Advanced SQL and ETL/ELT development using tools such as SSIS, Informatica, dbt, or similar platforms • Business Intelligence and analytics platforms including Power BI, Tableau, or Looker • Cloud data platforms and modern data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or AWS This is a hybrid opportunity in the Greater Milwaukee area requiring onsite presence 3 days per week.
