Advises the senior leadership on which software works best for a certain work area within a stipulated budget to get the desired results Role Description Looking for Data Architect, located in Dallas, TX/ Orlando, Florida, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Data Architect will design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide data architecture solutions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements, building efficient data models, optimizing database performance, leading data migration efforts, and ensuring data governance and security. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to support business intelligence and decision-making processes. Qualifications ·       Expertise in Data Modeling, Database Design, and Data Architecture ·       Experience with Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT Development, and Data Integration ·       Working with Kafka data streams ·       Proficiency with AWS cloud computing and Snowflake platforms ·       Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Security, and Data Privacy regulations ·       Proficiency in Python, SQL, NoSQL databases, Snowflake and Big Data technologies ·       Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts ·       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field ·       Prior experience as a Data Architect or similar leadership roles in complex IT projects ·       Ability to work with the Architecture Board and senior leadership Notes Client is specifically looking for “Architecture Board Review” experience. This is one of the main tasks that a true Architect needs to handle. Summary Reference to understand Req. to the kind of candidate client need- As a Data Architect, I worked on multiple projects listed below by performing activities such as: ·       Define detailed requirements by having numerous meetings with business owners ·       Create Business flows and data flows. Hosted multiple meetings with stakeholders and shared proposed solution ·       Create Logical and Physical data models and generate and validate DDLs ·       Create use cases with sample data, which then present it to the rest of the team ·       Create Data Lineage (source to target mapping) documents with transformation rules for each table ·       Create technical flows for ETL process ·       Develop and maintain architecture standards, principles and guidelines, metadata ·       Perform data profiling and enforced Data Quality rules to maintain quality data and proper integrity ·       Validate reporting process ·       Develop and maintain a customer-focused relationship with business stakeholders by exhibiting a high level of collaboration, timely communication and responsiveness
