Role: Senior Data Architect (Grant Management Systems – Sage/Agate) Location: ​Trenton, NJ-Hybrid (Need local​ candidates) Duration: Long Term Must have 15+ years of experience Interview process: 2 interviews with Client - 1 virtual technical interview, and 1 onsite interview-must be local Job Description​: We are looking for a ​Data Analysis Architect to conduct requirements analysis and oversee data management for the Sage and Agate Grant Management systems. ​ Must have: Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear data architecture strategies. Design and oversee backend data structures, including form creation and data flow management. Conduct in-depth analysis of backend data management processes to identify gaps and optimize performance. Manage and maintain document repositories; ensure data integrity and accessibility. Utilize AWS services to manage data links and support secure, scalable data solutions. Perform advanced data analysis, including fiscal year longitudinal trends, and deliver actionable insights. Automate manual processes currently tracked via CSV and spreadsheets; design and implement future-state reporting solutions. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to define and execute reporting automation strategies. Preferred: Work with ICD codes, tech files, SaaS platforms, and run complex queries to support data-driven decision-making. Ensure all solutions align with organizational goals and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
