Role description
This person will be responsible for leading the organizationβs data management, integration, and analytics functions. This role oversees the design, implementation, and optimization of data infrastructure to ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and accessibility across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will leverage modern data tools and governance practices to deliver actionable insights, improve operational quality, and enable data-driven strategic decision-making.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
β’ Develop and implement enterprise-wide data management policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
β’ Design, implementation, and maintenance of databases, data warehouses, and analytical systems to support business objectives.
β’ Responsible for data entry, cleansing, transformation, and quality assurance, ensuring consistent and reliable datasets.
β’ Manage the integration of data from multiple systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, HR, marketing, and operational platforms) to create a unified and trusted data ecosystem.
β’ Partner with IT teams to enhance data infrastructure and implement modern data tools, pipelines, and automation frameworks.
β’ Conduct regular data audits, validations, and quality assessments to identify and remediate data inconsistencies.
β’ Perform advanced data analysis to extract meaningful insights and trends that support operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.
β’ Create and present visual reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to communicate key metrics and business performance to leadership and stakeholders.
β’ Stay informed on emerging technologies and best practices in data analytics, governance, and architecture to continuously improve data operations.
β’ Provide mentorship, leadership, and training to the data operations and analytics team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and a data-driven culture.

β’ Monitor and report on data and analytic trends, risk exposure, and industry developments.
β’ Support IT Leadership during audits, vendor evaluations, and data reviews.
β’ Collaborate in conjunction with IT Leadership and functional departments with dashboard requirements, design stage, and implementation of key organizational metrics.
