About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with a strong background in the banking domain to join our team. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, driving data analysis, and contributing to end-to-end solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work on banking-related projects (KYC, AML, CRM, Payments, Cards, Transfers)
• Perform data analysis and gap analysis to support business decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements
• Document business, stakeholder, and solution requirements
• Contribute across the full SDLC lifecycle, including Agile/Scrum processes
Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong banking domain expertise (Financial Crime/KYC/AML preferred)
• Proficiency in SQL
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and deployment processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
