We design, tailor, and deliver cutting-edge data solutions across AI, data science, cloud platforms, and governance. Our mission is to help clients unlock the full value of their data and embed a scalable, data-driven culture.
About the role
We are seeking a motivated Data Consultant to join us on a 3–6 month contract (Outside IR35). This role is ideal for a technically strong, client-facing data professional who enjoys problem-solving, learning new tools, and delivering tangible business impact.
You’ll work across multiple client projects, supporting the design and implementation of modern BI and analytics solutions.
Occasional on-site visits to our client in Swindon will be required.
What you’ll do
• Partner with clients to deliver data-driven insights that solve business and technology challenges.
• Design and implement BI and analytics solutions using Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, and other modern data tools.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions — including dashboards, reports, and data pipelines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technical functions, from analysts to executives.
• Support project delivery through planning, scope definition, issue tracking, and risk management.
• Lead or assist in end-user training and documentation to ensure successful solution adoption.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment and measurable value delivery.
• Continuously learn new tools and techniques, participate in training sessions, and share knowledge within the wider team.
What you’ll need
• Proven hands-on experience with Alteryx, Power BI, and SQL (essential).
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, practical mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Strong analytical background and understanding of data modelling and ETL processes.
• Experience in consulting or exposure to internal business processes is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Flexibility and willingness to attend on-site client visits in Swindon when required.
Contract Details
• Contract Length: 3–6 months (with potential extension)
• Engagement: Outside IR35
• Location: Remote with on-site visits to Swindon as required
• Start Date: TBC
