Role description
City: NYC, NY/ Orlando, FL
Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (3-4 days a week Onsite)
Duration: 6months
Rate Range: Up to$85.5/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B
Must Have:
β’ 3β5 years of experience in software or data engineering
β’ Strong SQL and Python development skills
β’ 2+ years with AWS (EMR, EC2, S3) or other cloud technologies
β’ Experience with relational databases (Postgres or Snowflake)
β’ Proficiency in GitLab/GitHub, Docker, and Apache Airflow
β’ Experience with large datasets, big data tools, and ETL pipelines
Responsibilities:
β’ Act as a consultant leveraging data and business knowledge to deliver analytics-driven solutions.
β’ Define and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring analytical systems integrate seamlessly with business processes.
β’ Design, build, and optimize data integration, validation, and testing solutions.
β’ Develop production-ready custom code in SQL and Python for ETL and data workflows.
β’ Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to ensure cohesive product development.
β’ Automate processes and enhance existing analytical systems for efficiency and scalability.
β’ Communicate proactively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
β’ Proven experience in cloud-based data engineering and application development.
β’ Strong understanding of scalable data architecture and deployment practices.
β’ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
β’ Ability to adapt to fast-changing business priorities.
Preferred:
β’ Experience with revenue management, AdTech, or forecasting analytics.
β’ Familiarity with machine learning methods and advanced analytical techniques.
β’ Knowledge of media ad sales (linear/digital), audience data, or data management platforms.
β’ Experience developing product roadmaps and automating analytical processes.
