Role description
Are you someone who can turn complex data into meaningful impact? We’re looking for a data professional who’s passionate about building scalable people analytics solutions and empowering teams with insights that drive smarter, faster decision-making. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our People data ecosystem—designing robust data models, developing scalable ETL processes, and enabling self-service analytics across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in strengthening data literacy, championing data-led thinking, and supporting a culture where informed decision-making thrives. This role is a 10 month fixed term contract. This is a hybrid position working 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home. Key Responsibilities Designing and implementing scalable data models and people analytics solutions Developing ETL processes and semantic models that power self-service analytics Creating predictive and prescriptive tools to support proactive decision-making Streamlining and automating workflows to enhance efficiency Partnering with IT and Digital Services to build a future-fit data architecture Implementing data validation frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency Championing data governance and standardising global data definitions Mentoring colleagues and helping grow data capability across the function What we’re looking for Deep experience in ETL, integration, and transformation frameworks (including dbt) Strong knowledge of cloud-based platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, or AWS Expertise in DAX, M, and SQL (Python or R is a bonus!)
