Senior Data Engineer

Position: Senior Data Engineer Compensation: $60 - $80 /hour, depending on experience Location: Kansas City, Missouri Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Data Engineer to join their team! Join a dynamic team as a Senior Data Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming unstructured data into valuable assets. You'll collaborate closely with various departments to enhance data management, implement AI-powered capabilities, and drive business efficiency. Key Responsibilities & Duties: • Oversee metadata management for key data repositories • Design and execute data governance strategies • Administer data archiving and retention policies • Implement classification frameworks for access control • Build and maintain data pipelines using SQL and Python • Integrate various engineering data sources • Utilize OCR to extract structured data at scale • Develop AI agents for content classification • Evaluate Generative AI agents for quality and reliability Required Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or 8+ years of experience • Proficiency in Python, .NET/C#, or JavaScript • Experience with API development and tools like Postman • Strong understanding of metadata standards and taxonomies • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines Nice to Have Skills & Experience: • Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry • Familiarity with SaaS platforms like Hexagon and Autodesk Construction Cloud Perks & Benefits: • 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance • Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance • Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay • Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit If you are interested in learning more about the Senior Data Engineer opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
