This is an exciting opportunity to design and build scalable data solutions that power enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage modern data engineering tools and cloud technologies to improve data quality, accessibility, and performance across the organization. A Little About This Gig
Design, develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise data management systems, data pipelines, and data integration processes.
Build and support scalable data models, ETL workflows, and business intelligence solutions using Snowflake, DBT, and DataStage.
Collaborate with data architects, analysts, data scientists, and technology teams to deliver high-quality data solutions that support business objectives.
Improve data reliability, performance, governance, and disaster recovery processes while evaluating emerging data technologies and best practices.
The Ideal Candidate
Technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
4+ years of experience with Snowflake and modern cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
Strong experience in Business Intelligence and Data Engineering environments supporting enterprise analytics initiatives.
Hands-on experience using DBT (Data Build Tool) for the development, maintenance, and optimization of data models.
Experience designing and supporting ETL processes using DataStage or similar enterprise data integration platforms.
Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including SQL, MySQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
Experience within mortgage lending, HELOC products, Encompass, or SAFe Agile environments is preferred.
