Senior Data Engineer | 3‑month contract | £600/day | Remote (UK)
I’m hiring a Senior Data Engineer for a health‑tech company based in the UK.
You’ll work on a data platform that leverages computer vision and hospital data to improve OR efficiency, capacity planning and patient safety in hospitals.
You’ll partner with the Data Lead to:
• Own and improve AWS‑based data pipelines (Airflow, Glue, Athena, S3, Postgres, Python)
• Fix the “last‑mile” from hospital systems so data lands clean, mapped and usable
• Automate deployment of new hospitals/regions using infrastructure‑as‑code
• Tighten data quality, monitoring and retention controls for highly sensitive health data
You should be strong with AWS, Python and modern data engineering, ideally including Glue, Athena and orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow).
