Position: Senior Data Engineer - ETL/SQL/Matillion Location: Remote Duration: Fulltime Job ID: 175921 Job Overview: The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes and data pipelines using SQL and Matillion. This role requires expertise in data engineering, a strong understanding of database systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using Matillion and SQL. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data pipelines. • Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure seamless operations. • Document processes and maintain technical documentation for future reference. • Work closely with data analysts and business teams to support reporting and analytics needs. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Data Engineer with expertise in ETL processes. • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Matillion. • Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively. • Experience with cloud-based data platforms is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
