Contract W2
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, well-structured data models and schemas
Build and maintain reliable, production-grade data pipelines and workflows
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, Engineering) to enable data-driven capabilities
Ensure high performance, data quality, and operational reliability across the stack
Own ETL/ELT processes using modern frameworks and tools
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related fields
Strong SQL skills, including schema design and query optimization
Proficient in Python for scripting, transformations, and data manipulation
Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SnapLogic, Airflow, or DBT
Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Effective communicator with a focus on clear documentation and team alignment
Nice to Have
Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
Deep familiarity with Snap Logic or other modern ETL platforms
Exposure to CI/CD workflows and DataOps best practices
