Job Title: Senior Data Engineer (IICS & Ab Initio) Location: Alpharetta, GA (5 Days Onsite) Need somone who can take In-person interview Experience: 7–15 Years Only W2 Consultant will be considered Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Ab Initio, SQL, and Unix Shell Scripting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting ETL/data integration solutions, managing production support activities, and ensuring reliable data processing in a large-scale enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and support ETL pipelines using IICS and Ab Initio. • Develop and optimize SQL queries for data integration and reporting. • Create and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation. • Provide production support, incident management, and root cause analysis. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data processing and application issues. • Perform ETL performance tuning and deployment activities. • Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions. • Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation. Required Skills • Strong experience with Ab Initio (GDE, Conduct>It, Command Center). • Hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). • Advanced SQL development and optimization skills. • Strong Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting expertise. • Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and ETL best practices. • Experience in Production Support, Incident Management, and RCA. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in batch processing environments. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with cloud-based data integration solutions. • Knowledge of ETL design, performance tuning, and optimization. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Work Requirements • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and participate in a 24x7 on-call support model. • Ability to manage high-priority production issues and meet SLA commitments. • Availability for regular coordination calls with distributed teams.
