Requirements • Large Enterprise experience • 5 to 10 years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or data architecture roles. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise-level data solutions in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, set priorities, and deliver complex projects with minimal oversight. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences. • Prior experience in healthcare or a similarly data-driven, regulated industry strongly preferred. • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and a commitment to continuous learning. Technical Skills • Expert-level proficiency with SQL, including query optimization and performance tuning for large-scale data environments. • Deep expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including: • Advanced DAX calculations • Row-level security • Paginated reports • Automated delivery/subscription management • Shared datasets and workspace administration • Strong knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and best practices for analytical database design. • Proven experience with Azure data services such as Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Databricks. • Familiarity with DevOps tools and workflows, including Azure DevOps and Git-based version control. • Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and enterprise data security frameworks.
