Senior Data Engineer

Payrate: $80.00- $90.00/hr. Responsibilities: • Data Engineering Must be the candidate's core strength and professional background. This is the single most important qualifier. • Informatica MDM Cloud Cloud-native experience required. • Explicitly not the legacy on-premises CDI product. Candidates must understand cloud-native MDM concepts (golden records, match/merge rules, hierarchy management). • MuleSoft Integration Platform Heavily used across all three Customer Master scrums. Experience with MuleSoft Any point, API design, and ESB integration patterns. • Large-scale application development Experience building and shipping data systems at enterprise scale. Systems thinking Ability to understand how components fit together across a complex data architecture. Collaborative and communicative Will be embedded in scrums alongside their lead engineers. Must be a strong team player who can partner effectively with the client's existing team. Skills: • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL, and data architecture across enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with the Informatica suite (IDMC/IICS) including CDI, data quality, and MDM. Candidates with legacy Informatica PowerCenter who have transitioned to cloud-native IDMC are strong fits. • Production experience with MuleSoft building APIs, integration flows, ESB patterns, and Any point Studio. • Background in ecosystem ideally having worked on implementations, data migrations, or integrations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud). • Proven ability to lead data discovery workshops, create mapping documents, and translate business requirements into technical data architecture. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with 2-week sprint cadences. • Strong documentation skills mapping sheets, architectural diagrams, data dictionaries. • Located in or willing to work in Americas time zone hours (based preferred). Preferred skills: • MDM experience Prior work on master data management programs (any platform) is a strong differentiator. • Client platform exposure Familiarity with the ecosystem, Data Cloud, or CRM. • Data 360 Client flagged as optional but beneficial. • Data governance tooling Experience with data quality, data cataloging, or stewardship tools (e.g., Informatica Axon, EDC, or similar). Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $80.00- $90.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
