About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You’ll design, build, and optimize data systems that power intelligent decision-making, while navigating complex challenges with autonomy and curiosity. You’ll fit right in if you: • Love deep data analysis and SQL across platforms • Are fluent in financial services concepts (clients, accounts, transactions, etc.) • Embrace automation, DevOps, and AI-assisted engineering • Are vocal, driven, and comfortable working in organized chaos • Don’t need babysitting—you get things done Technical Skills We’re Looking For Core Expertise: • 💾 Advanced SQL Mastery: Deep proficiency across platforms (PL/SQL, Oracle, etc.), capable of complex modeling, performance tuning, and scalable query design. • ☁️ Cloud-Native Data Architecture: Experienced with AWS, Databricks, Glue, Lambda, CDK, Terraform—building real-time and batch data pipelines. • 🧠 AI/ML Engineering & Optimization: Proven hands-on delivery of MLOps pipelines and agentic AI systems—model deployment, monitoring, and optimization. • 🔄 ETL & Data Quality Engineering: Building self-healing, event-driven ETL frameworks with automated quality checks. • ⚙️ DevOps & Automation: CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, MLflow, and infrastructure-as-code tools to streamline deployments. • 🔐 Security & Governance: Implementing IAM, encryption, and compliance best practices for secure and governed data operations. Nice to Have: • Master Data Management (MDM) or Microsoft Entra implementation experience.
